DMP - Tech APP
The DMP Tech APP is a free iPhone application developed by Digital Monitoring Products Inc. It is designed to provide service installers with a dynamic resource for quick installs and programming of compatible control panels.
With the Tech APP, service installers can save time and money by utilizing the Automatic Panel Programming feature, which eliminates the need to program the same settings on every system. For more customized programming, the app also offers full panel programming capabilities.
The Tech APP offers a range of features including instant access to documentation, troubleshooting information, zone statuses, Wi-Fi signal strength, cellular-device activation, and more. It allows service installers to add and modify customers, app users, system users, systems, sensors, devices, outputs, and perform remote firmware updates.
To ensure security and control, the app requires a compatible control panel and a Dealer Admin login. This allows dealers to limit technicians' system access and provide them with the necessary tools only when needed.
